Before bringing Velvet Bean to life, Bobbi Jo owned and operated a coffee and tea shop in LaGrange, Indiana. That experience shaped her understanding of what makes a place memorable: quality, creativity, and genuine connection.

Velvet Bean is the evolution of that vision. It goes beyond coffee, bringing together handcrafted drinks, gelato, and over-the-top desserts in a space designed to feel welcoming, relaxed, and worth coming back to.
